If you supply personal, identifying information (such as name, address or telephone numbers) for various purposes on this site (golf tournament registration), we only use the information for that purpose.  Please note that registration information is made available to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute/Jimmy Fund for various fundraising and tax reporting.
