Located
in bucolic Bolton, Massachusetts, The International Golf Club has long
been known as one of the most challenging and resplendent golf courses in
the country. It has been the site of The Mark R. Ungerer Memorial Golf
Tournament since the Tournament’s inception.
The International is New
England's premier private golf club and conference center. Situated on
780 picturesque acres in the rolling New England countryside, The
International boasts a first-class 22,000 square-foot Conference Center, a
53-room Guest Lodge, an award-winning Golf Shop, truly gourmet food and
beverage offerings.
The famous championship
Pines Course is the world’s longest at 8,325 yards. Again this year
Tournament participants will have a chance to play on the new 18-hole,
6,945-yard, Par 72, highly acclaimed Oaks Course, designed by Tom Fazio.
The Oaks was recently named one of the Top 10 Best New Courses and #1 in
the Northeast by Golf Digest Magazine. The International is the
only club to feature a Fazio masterpiece alongside a Robert Trent Jones,
Sr., redesigned classic.
